Support Worker for Children with Special Needs

**Job Description:**
Teaching Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a local Partnership School. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to pupils with a range of needs, including PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism.
You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans that meet the unique needs of each pupil. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to pupils in various learning contexts to aid their learning, development, and progress across the curriculum.
- Empowering and supporting pupils with a range of needs to achieve their educational and personal goals.
- Promoting equality, diversity, and the rights of our pupils to be treated with respect and seen as learners.
- Placing emphasis on support and empowerment for our pupils.
- Promoting a greater understanding of Special Education issues and upholding the values of the school.
- Providing high-quality support in all aspects of the role.
