Special Needs Education Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate teacher to lead a class of children with special educational needs in our vibrant school.
The ideal candidate will have experience teaching children with special educational needs and ideally have held responsibility for leading a class in a school setting.
This is a part-time or full-time position, offering flexibility for the right person.
- Lead a class of children with unique needs and create a nurturing learning environment.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual students' needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive school community.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure consistent support for students.
Requirements:
- Experience teaching children with special educational needs.
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is not essential but desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience
