About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Nine Twenty Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Campaign Management: Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Utilize Meta Business Suite and Lead Manager to manage, optimize, and report on social ad campaigns.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Efficiently handle and nurture leads generated through Meta Lead Manager, ensuring a seamless flow from social media campaigns to conversion. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Create and implement compelling social media content, ensuring alignment with client KPIs. Develop monthly content calendars in collaboration with designers to produce on-brand, engaging material that resonates with target audiences.
  • Platform and Trend Mastery: Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously explore new ways to curate, create, and deliver content that stands out in a crowded digital landscape.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and influencers. Provide expert advice and support to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Deliver detailed reports on social media performance, translating data into clear insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Work closely with the wider team to drive strategy based on these findings.
Requirements
  • Meta Business Suite Expertise: At least 2-3 years of experience as a minimum with Meta platforms. This is a must for the role.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Solid understanding of social media platform analytics and the ability to leverage data to drive results.
  • Creative Copywriting: Adaptable writing style that can cater to diverse audiences while maintaining brand voice.
  • Proactive and Ambitious: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in successful social media campaign management.
