Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team at Nine Twenty Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies and optimize campaign results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in successful social media campaign management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics software.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
