The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Content Manager to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring that our social media content aligns with our brand vision and drives engagement across our platforms. You will work closely with our Senior Producer to manage and optimize the content that goes live on our main Oh Polly feed. Additionally, you will oversee a small team responsible for scheduling content on our other brands.

  • Manage and Schedule Content: Ensure that the content on our main Oh Polly feed aligns with our brand's vision and marketing objectives. Collaborate with the Senior Producer to ensure the right content goes live at the optimal times.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Regularly monitor engagement rates and analyze the performance of posted content. Use insights to guide future content strategies, prioritizing high-performing content and minimizing lower-performing posts.
  • Coordinate with the LA Team: Work closely with the LA team to request specific types of content that align with our brand's goals and upcoming campaigns.
  • Align with Marketing Activities: Ensure that all content scheduling aligns with product launches and promotional activities.
  • Lead and Manage a Small Team: Lead and manage a small team responsible for scheduling content on other brand accounts.
  • Provide Guidance and Support: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure that content across all accounts is consistently on-brand and effective.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content scheduling, or a related role, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring that the content meets the necessary quality and brand standards before scheduling.
  • Strong ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize content performance.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Ability to adapt to changing trends and strategies in the fast-paced world of social media.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
