Riverside Music College Limited: Social Media Assistant & Content Creator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Media Assistant & Content Creator. This part-time role involves enhancing our online presence and fostering a strong connection with our audience across various social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and create content that resonates with them.
  • Engage with industry partners, artists, and influencers to grow our audience and brand.
  • Assist in developing strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure social media growth and engagement.
  • Assist in developing and delivering a social media communications calendar that aligns with business goals.
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Assist in social media analytics and reporting.
  • Assist the team in creating innovative ideas to progress the brand.
Requirements:
  • Strong ideation and creation skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in a social media role.
  • Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with CMS (WordPress).
  • Ability to film, edit, and post high-quality video content.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and KPIs.
  • Passion for content creation, music, and the creative arts.
  • Knowledge of GDPR regulations.
