The Role

We're seeking a highly organized and creative Social Content Manager to manage and optimize our social media content, ensuring it aligns with our brand vision and drives engagement across our platforms. You'll work closely with our Senior Producer in LA to manage and schedule content on our main Oh Polly feed, as well as oversee a small team responsible for scheduling content on our other brands, including Bo+Tee and Swim.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and schedule content on the main Oh Polly feed, ensuring it aligns with our brand's vision and marketing objectives.
  • Regularly monitor engagement rates and analyze the performance of posted content, using insights to guide future content strategies.
  • Coordinate with the LA team to request specific types of content that align with our brand's goals and upcoming campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all content scheduling aligns with product launches and promotional activities.
  • Lead and manage a small team responsible for scheduling content on other brand accounts, such as Bo+Tee and Swim.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content scheduling, or a related role, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Proven ability to manage a small team, with experience in guiding and developing junior team members.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring that the content meets the necessary quality and brand standards before scheduling.
  • Strong ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize content performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Ability to adapt to changing trends and strategies in the fast-paced world of social media.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
