Become a part of our team at Barchester Healthcare and take on the role of Regional Senior Care Assistant As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

With a focus on empathy and respect, you'll ensure our residents receive the best possible care. This includes monitoring care delivery, contributing to care planning, and recording important observations.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in care, ideally with a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care. You should also have a good understanding of elderly care and be committed to completing an NVQ 3. A C or above in GCSE English and Maths is necessary.
