Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Regional Senior Care Assistant to join our team in the NHS. In this role, you will deliver high-quality care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius.
You will be responsible for monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and providing emotional support and companionship to ensure every resident enjoys meaningful one-to-one time with our carers.
Person Specification- A background in care is essential for this role
- A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is essential, with a view to complete an NVQ 3
- A good understanding of the wider healthcare industry is required
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus our sector-leading benefits and rewards package.
