Regional Care Manager

Northampton Business Directory is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead a team of Registered Managers and support the delivery of high-quality care in children's residential settings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Job Description:
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of four homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering excellent care outcomes. You will work closely with Registered Managers to drive continuous improvement and maintain positive Ofsted ratings.
You will also be responsible for setting up and opening new homes, building strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders, and contributing to the company's growth strategy.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum, generous performance-based bonuses, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children.
