Join Deliveroo's Central Team as a Rider Policy Manager

Deliveroo is revolutionizing the way people shop and eat, connecting consumers, restaurants, shops, and riders. We're seeking a skilled Rider Policy Manager to join our central team and contribute to the conception and improvement of policies that mitigate fraud and risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage the development of new policies and the improvement of existing ones to prevent rider fraud and abuse.
  • Define and iterate on Rider Behavioural policy to curb rider fraud and improve consumer outcomes.
  • Identify and close compliance adherence gaps.
  • Develop policies to address breaches of contract by riders that impact the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with product, data science, public relations, policy, and legal stakeholders to provide expert rider fraud and abuse knowledge.
  • Build relationships with rider and customer operations teams globally to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct fraud impact and risk assessments, providing recommendations considering cost, operations, and legal implications.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in fraud, compliance, operations, consulting, or a similar field.
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze information and make informed decisions.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Looker and/or SQL is a strong plus.
