Employment Support Specialist

Coyne Recruitment is a leading provider of employment services, partnering with reputable organisations across the Employability and Skills sector. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Employment Advisor to support our clients in finding and sustaining employment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support to jobseekers, addressing barriers to employment, and building long-lasting relationships to ensure a professional and holistic approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth diagnostics to identify clients' needs and requirements.
- Developing SMART weekly action plans to ensure clients are moving closer to employment.
- Networking with local employers to promote clients' skills and abilities.
- Providing information, advice, and guidance to clients.
- Booking clients onto relevant training courses and supporting with CV writing and job application processes.
- Liaising with employers to identify employment opportunities for clients.
- Outreach work to promote products and services within the local community.
Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-performance environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed IT skills, including MI systems, spreadsheets, and diary management.
- Self-motivation and self-confidence.
- Negotiation and ability to challenge.
- Ability to work to Key Performance Indicators and challenging targets.
- Administration, strong accuracy, numeracy, and literacy.
