Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Employment Lawyer to join our team in Maidstone. As an Employment Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including Employment Tribunal claims and other contentious matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of Employment Tribunal litigation, including drafting and responding to claims, witness statements, and advocacy;
  • Ability to provide day-to-day employment and HR advice to managers, HR, and senior executives/board level;
  • Strong drafting skills, including contracts, policies, and other employment-related documentation;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
