Care Sector Training Specialist

This Training Development Coordinator will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to support staff in providing exceptional care. The role involves working closely with Home Managers to ensure effective implementation of individual personal development plans.
Key Duties- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials.
- Conduct workplace observations to assess staff competence.
- Support new employees through induction and onboarding process.
- Promote learning opportunities and encourage staff development.
- C&G 7300 (or equivalent), Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care, or relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Full UK driving licence.
Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
