We are working with a leading UK contractor to find an experienced and proactive Repairs Planner / Scheduler to join their team, working on repairs and maintenance in the social housing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure efficient and effective repairs and maintenance services.
- Plan and schedule repairs and maintenance activities to meet customer needs and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
