Repairs Planner / Scheduler

Howells Solutions Limited is working with a leading UK contractor to find an experienced and proactive Repairs Planner / Scheduler to join their team, working on repairs and maintenance within social housing.

This is a full-time, permanent position, based in Liverpool. As a Repairs Planner / Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing calls on the system, managing operatives' diaries, and general administration. You will also be planning repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative, ensuring trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively.

You will be working closely with operatives, tenants, and the Client to ensure that all repairs and maintenance works are completed on time and to a high standard. You will also be responsible for tracking and monitoring progress, and liaising with in-house and 3rd party engineers and tradesmen to plan appointments, materials, and logistics.

This is a fast-paced and demanding role that requires excellent time management and communication skills. You will be working for a modern, forward-thinking business that believes the strengths, skills, and personalities of their people are the key to the group's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing calls on the system
