Repairs Planner / Scheduler

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Repairs Planner / Scheduler to join their team, working on repairs and maintenance within social housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage calls on the system and ensure timely responses
  2. Coordinate operatives' diaries and schedules
  3. Perform general administration tasks
  4. Plan and schedule repairs and maintenance requests
  5. Ensure trade skill sets and location parameters are effective
  6. Liaise with operatives, tenants, and clients
  7. Document control and ensure worksheets are received and checked
  8. Work towards individual and client KPIs
  9. Coordinate routine, essential, and emergency property maintenance works
  10. Track and monitor progress to completion
  11. Liaise with in-house and 3rd party engineers and tradesmen
  12. Organize external supply companies
  13. Ensure all trades are ready and present on-site

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Planner / Scheduler working on a Social Housing contract, excellent time management and communication skills, and experience of using repairs and maintenance software.
