We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional BBQ experiences. As a key member of our brigade, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus, manage kitchen operations, and drive culinary innovation.

About the Role

As Senior Sous Chef, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of chefs to deliver high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service
  • Developing and implementing menu ideas, working closely with the Head Chef and culinary team
  • Managing kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff management
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef to drive culinary innovation and menu development

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
