We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at a busy hotel and venue near St. This role involves working with fresh food to produce high-quality meals for leisure and corporate guests.
- 4 shifts per week, all hours paid.
- Meals on duty provided.
- Uniforms supplied.

The Job
As a senior member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for:
- Producing exceptional meals for restaurant breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Managing junior staff members.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience as a Junior Chef or CDP in a busy pub, hotel, or restaurant environment.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes.
- Familiarity with serving large volumes of customers.
