Busy Hotel & Venue Seeking Experienced Chef

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie to join our team at our busy hotel and venue near St.Neots & Bedford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef to take on a key role in our kitchen, working closely with the culinary team to create delicious meals for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes.

About the Position:

  • Salary: approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  • Working hours: 4 days a week, with 3 days off, including weekend shifts.
  • Opportunities for ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes to guests.
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menus.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality dishes and leading kitchen teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
