About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a warm and welcoming experience in our pharmacy.
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, and be able to provide advice and guidance to customers.
  • Ensure that our pharmacy is clean, tidy and well-organised, and that all medication is stored and dispensed safely and efficiently.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including being able to work varied shifts and cover for absent colleagues.
