You will be the driving force behind our stores' success, ensuring that our kitchens are well-prepared for the day ahead. Your attention to detail and ability to manage the receipt of morning deliveries will be crucial in maintaining our high standards.
The Role:
- Manage the store room, deliveries, and kitchen setup
- Prepare for the day ahead, including batch cooking and supporting the team

What You'll Need:
- Kitchen or catering experience is required
- Familiarity with managing the receipt of morning deliveries, including invoices
- Knowledge of food storage, labeling, and rotation
- Ability to work alongside Head Chefs and Sous Chefs
- High standards for cleanliness and Food Safety
- Availability to support with breakfast and brunch service
- Attention to detail for deep cleaning jobs
