Dialysis Clinical Lead

Appoint Healthcare is seeking a highly experienced Senior Dialysis Nurse to join our team at our Dialysis Clinic in Ipswich. As a leader in the field of renal care, we deliver high-quality patient care and strive to meet the unique needs of each individual. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Senior Dialysis Nurse to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking the role of the Nurse in Charge, occasionally deputising for the Clinic Manager, and providing mentorship to the team. They will also take ownership of the care programs for renal patients, perform patient assessments throughout treatment, prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems, and review pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients.
We offer a competitive salary of £37,225 per annum, which is negotiable depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 35 days annual leave, excellent career progression opportunities, full supernumerary induction, extensive on-going training, and overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours.
