Job Title: Process Improvement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for driving production improvement by productivity, output, and lean principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement continuous improvement within the assigned area of the business to improve product processes by productivity, output, and lean principles.
  • Participate in the control of costs throughout activities.
  • Liaise with technical departments to support the provision of excellent levels of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree, lean business improvements, and/or similar qualification desirable but not essential.
  • Engineering and/or manufacturing background.
  • Working knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing process.
  • MRP, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.

What We Offer:

  • Monthly performance and attendance-related bonus up to 12% can increase your earnings significantly.
  • Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm, 3:30 finish on Friday.
