As a Business Process Improvement Manager at Redefined Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless adoption and engagement of processes across our Home Delivery network. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving performance, reducing costs, and embedding the One Best Way strategy.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to push the boundaries of innovation and excellence. As a Business Process Improvement Manager, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our dispersed teams across the UK and Ireland to embed process adoption and deliver enhancements that improve colleague and customer experience.

  • You will assist in the development and implementation of business processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure that business process design aligns with company objectives and the One Best Way approach.
  • You will support the management of process change, communicating updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • You will facilitate training for colleagues on new processes.
  • You will monitor the effectiveness of new processes and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience engaging and/or business partnering with an operational field team.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Understanding of business process management (BPM) methodologies and tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A full valid UK driving licence and ability to travel to all of our sites in the UK and Ireland.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in building and reviewing business cases and cost/benefit analysis, delivering simple solutions to end users, and applying Continuous Improvement approaches such as Lean, Six Sigma would be advantageous.
