We are seeking a highly skilled Business Improvement Manager to assist with the appointment of a Business Improvement Officer on a 4-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.

Rate of Pay: per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure medium/low risk projects across the market business assurance and service improvement are developed and managed to the required quality on time and within budget, effectively managing risks, issues, benefits, dependencies, and stakeholders through their full lifecycle according to defined project methodology and standards.
  • Ensure standard project analysis functions like requirements capture, data analysis, and business process designs are completed to agreed standards.
  • Responsible for ensuring stakeholders are fully informed and effectively communicated with to aid delivery of project.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 GCSEs grade C(4) or above in English and Maths or equivalent.

Essential Experience:

  • Understanding and planning to deliver for stakeholder requirements.
  • Delivering customer needs effectively.
  • Planning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities for self and others.
  • Providing reports and updates to senior colleagues to enable decision-making.
