Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HS&E Specialist to join our team, focusing on performance improvement and driving continual growth across our business.

Job Description
  • Implement our HS&E Management System, ensuring alignment with client requirements and our overall strategy.
  • Provide technical guidance to line and site management, supporting the implementation of HS&S programmes and initiatives.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, supply chain partners, regulatory authorities, and colleagues, through project lifecycle planning and delivery.
  • Contribute to operational teams from planning stages to completion, offering proactive guidance, advice, and support to meet HS&E standards.
  • Utilise HS&E performance KPIs to review performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Report to project management teams on a regular basis and attend meetings as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate, or be working towards one.
  • Strong communication, negotiating, engaging, and influencing skills.
  • A full driving licence and willingness to travel.
