We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technician to join our team at TQR. The successful candidate will work on a 3 on, 3 off night shift pattern, supporting the Process Engineering Team in addressing technical challenges within our production areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to improve processes, mentor Production Technicians, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a level 3 qualification or HNC/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with proven engineering experience working within high-speed, automated, or high-volume assembly/manufacturing environments.

Key responsibilities will include providing technical expertise and support to Production Technicians, acting as a process expert for specific equipment, mentoring Production Technicians, and identifying and implementing improvements to existing equipment.
