Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Charity Secretary to join our Board of Trustees at Wintercomfort. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the effective governing of our charity.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Charity Secretary who can provide administrative support to our board and maintain effective records. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing meeting agendas and minutes
  • Maintaining accurate records of board decisions
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. administration, office management)
  • Significant experience in administration or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
