About the Job: We're seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with existing customers and recent enquirers to understand their needs and provide solutions related to machine tools sales. Your goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Using the firm's extensive CRM system, engage with existing customers and recent enquirers to understand their needs and provide solutions related to machine tools sales.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • To effectively communicate the features and benefits of machine tools to potential customers, handing over potential customers to internal specialists if required.
  • To collaborate with the sales and applications teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • To keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record in sales, preferably in the machine tools or engineering supplies industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Strong technical knowledge of machine tools and their applications.
  • Customer Management System experience.
