Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Learning Disability Nurse to join our Intensive Support Team (IST) in Hertfordshire. As a member of our team, you'll work closely with service users, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.

Your main duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans that promote independence, autonomy, and quality of life
  • Providing specialist nursing advice and guidance to colleagues and other healthcare professionals
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to quality improvement initiatives

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive working environment, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
