About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Professional to join our team in Meldreth, near Royston. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality learning support to students with varying abilities and needs
  • To work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of special educational needs and disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £20-£22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including

Location

This role is based in Meldreth, near Royston, Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border. The location offers easy access to the A10 and M11 motorways, making it an ideal base for those living in Hertfordshire or Cambridgeshire.
