Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Inspire ATA. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the class teacher in preparing resources and supporting learning activities
- Tracking progress and assessing identified learners using the graduated approach in the Code of Practice
- Delivering programs of learning for small groups and individuals under the supervision of the SENDCo
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible and willing to work under clear direction from class teachers and senior leaders. We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional development.
