Ironstone Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Children's Manager to work in a stunning new residential provision for young people in Newton-Le-Willows.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the team, ensuring the wellbeing and development of the young people in care, and understanding and implementing necessary legislative frameworks and Ofsted requirements.

This is a rewarding opportunity to develop your career with Ironstone Recruitment Ltd, with a salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum and the chance to work towards a Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management. The average working week is around 39 hours on a rota basis, with some flexibility required.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and support the team in the residential provision.
  2. Contribute to the development of the young people in care.
  3. Implement legislative frameworks and Ofsted requirements.
