We are seeking a highly skilled Children's Home Manager Assistant to join our team at Clarify Consultancy Ltd.

About the Opportunity
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and support to children with EBD and learning disabilities.
  • Collaborate with Registered and Deputy Managers to maintain the highest standards of care and governance.
Main Duties

Develop and implement care plans, prioritising the needs and well-being of children.

  • Support children to meet their health, medical, and educational needs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Take ownership of professional development, supervision, and performance review.

A successful candidate will have significant experience as a Children's Home Support Worker or Senior Support Worker, holding a Level 3 or 4 Children's Residential qualification.

Estimated Salary: £39,000 - £43,000 per annum.

Shift Pattern: 10 x 24-hour shifts (includes sleep-in) per month on a rolling rota pattern.

Training Period: Until early 2025 will be Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
