Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Secure Children's Service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in youth care management and excellent leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young people.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective running of the service.
- Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to achieve positive outcomes for young people.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and experience in youth care management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £53,179.62 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
