Learning and Development Specialist

Join Blakemore Retail as a Learning and Development Administrator and play a key role in delivering effective digital and online learning across the business.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the delivery of digital and online learning initiatives. As a Learning and Development Administrator, you will work closely with the Learning and Development team to design, develop, and maintain digital learning materials, as well as manage the administration and reporting functions of our Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development of digital learning materials, including eLearning, video, and podcasts.
- Manage the administration and reporting functions of our LMS, including user management, course scheduling, and evaluation.
- Work with stakeholders to define the content and requirements of digital learning materials.
- Establish a library of online resources, including videos, podcasts, and eLearning modules.
- Evaluate digital and online learning as a continuous improvement process.
- Level 3 management qualification or relevant experience.
- Training qualification or relevant experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Project management qualification or relevant experience (desirable).
