About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Learning and Development Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for the delivery of digital and online learning across the business, incorporating a range of online methods (eLearning, video, podcasts, and other emerging technologies).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with digital/systems project work required by the business, including training guides, eLAB portal setup, and guides for ATLAS.
  • Ownership of the BR/BTP monthly eLAB training, including designing, monitoring, evaluating, scheduling, and assigning.
  • Creating functional online inductions and training matrices for Blakemore Retail and Blakemore Logistics and Central Services teams.
  • Utilizing social media and internal comms to ensure understanding of learning and development opportunities for all colleagues and Independent Retailers.
  • Establishing a library of online resources (videos, podcasts, eLearning, etc.).
  • Identifying mandatory eLearning training requirements across the business and building this into inductions and refresher schedules.
  • Evaluating digital and online learning as a continuous improvement process.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures and processes.
  • Maintaining employee and organisational confidentiality in line with the Data Protection Act.
  • Demonstrating commitment to equality and diversity.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 management qualification or relevant experience.
  • Training qualification or relevant experience.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Project management qualification or relevant experience (desirable).
