Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for delivering effective digital and online learning across our business.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain digital/online learning materials for development programmes, courses, and other learning activities.
- Work with stakeholders to define the content and requirements of digital/online learning materials.
- Manage the administration and reporting functions of our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support with digital/systems project work required by the business.
- Establish a library of online resources to support self-directed learning and blended learning.
- Evaluate digital and online learning as a continuous improvement process.
- Level 3 management qualification or relevant experience.
- Training qualification or relevant experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Project management qualification or relevant experience (desirable).
