The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity in our rapidly growing Consultancy Practice team to increase our skills and capacity to deliver high-value Dynamics 365 implementation projects to clients, facilitating their digital transformation and increasing productivity and growth.

  1. Deep technical knowledge of core Business Central modules and common ISVs.
  2. Demonstratable knowledge of the Business Central product roadmap and peripheral technologies like Jet reports and Power Platform.
  3. Broad understanding of software development cycles, release management, data migrations, cut over plans, and post-go-live support.
  4. Deep understanding of the industry, preferably with specialization in high-demand sectors such as technology or finance and professional services.
  5. Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements, ensuring successful project delivery.
  6. Strong analytical skills to evaluate business needs, logical thinking, and problem-solving to propose appropriate solutions.
  7. Help direct projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
  8. Perform in-depth analysis of clients' business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
  9. Lead sprint planning and/or structure and prioritise work item backlogs in a logical and derisked approach to solution building.
  10. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams to ensure effective adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies.
  11. Negotiate project deliverables and agreements with customers to ensure projects are financially and technically feasible.
  12. Author and present detailed reports and findings to stakeholders, including technical documentation, project updates, and strategic recommendations.
  13. Direct line management of one or more junior functional consultants to support their growth and development. Mentoring of other colleagues from the wider business.
