As part of our team, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, prioritizing the well-being of all employees and adhering to our rigorous health and safety standards.
- Compliance Expert: Provide guidance on safety policies and practices, ensuring seamless implementation across all developments.
- Proactive Planner: Develop and review protective measures, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
- Policies and Procedures: Promote and assist in the implementation of occupational H&S and environmental policies, ensuring consistency across all projects.
- Risk Management: Evaluate pre-commencement risks, collaborating with the contract team to make informed decisions.
- Reporting and Records: Maintain accurate records of inspection findings, producing reports that suggest improvements.
Requirements: A degree in Health and Safety or equivalent qualifications (IOSH/ NEBOSH or other relevant qualification).
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
