About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious General Manager to join our Pizza Express team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the financial success of your own Pizzeria, while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards
  • Manage budgets and financial records, including P&L analysis and reporting
Benefits:
  • Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Bonus scheme of up to 25% of annual salary
