Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team in KeyMed (Medical & Industrial Equipment) Ltd., reporting directly to the Chief Manufacturing and Supply Officer. This is a fixed-term contract for 3 months, offering a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities- The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting field-based staff with various administrative tasks.
- They will update and maintain data within corporate business systems and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Raising Service Care Plan proposals and composing customer correspondence will be a key aspect of the role.
- Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with general customer queries will also be an essential part of the job.
- Providing support to other areas within the department as required will demonstrate the candidate's ability to work collaboratively.
- Manipulation of large data sets using Excel and Qlikview will be a critical skill.
- Undertaking ad hoc analysis as and when required will showcase the candidate's analytical skills.
A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a complex administration role is desirable. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
