We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Duty Manager to join our team at M&S. As a Night Shift Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our night shift, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
- Coordinate team efforts to ensure operational excellence, adhering to guidelines and completing necessary documentation.
- Focus on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance, and championing improvements and simplifying operations.
- Recognize and celebrate exceptional service within the team, leading by example, promoting inclusivity and motivation.
- Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and make thoughtful decisions to ensure the team's success and deliver excellence in customer service.
- At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
