We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Strategist to spearhead our Sales team's efforts in identifying and cultivating new external customers. This role will require the successful candidate to proactively generate new business opportunities, establish and reinforce Translate Plus's position as a strategic language partner, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new, profitable lines of business for Translate Plus, aligning with our overall growth strategy
  • Win new clients through consultative sales approaches, focusing on creating sustainable, long-term business relationships
  • Proactively engage with potential customers via various media channels, including lead generation tools, LinkedIn, webinars, tradeshows, and cold/warm calls
  • Elevate Translate Plus's reputation within the advertising sphere by presenting innovative solutions to clients' linguistic challenges
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various business areas
  • Negotiate contracts and manage client tenders/pitches, ensuring successful project implementation

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the LSP industry, preferably in Life Science, Medical devices, Manufacturing/Engineering, or Software IT
  • Proven track record in B2B services sales, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset, able to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple leads and conversations
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with an ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • A driven, self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driving revenue growth
