Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Palliative Care Nurse at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have the chance to work autonomously and provide evidence-based nursing care to patients in need.
The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating programs of care under the guidance of B7 CNS teams and consultants. You will also assist in the planning and delivery of education across various settings and to a wide range of health professionals.
As a Palliative Care Nurse, you will have a good understanding of collaborative working, alongside various healthcare professionals delivering care to complex patients. You will also possess knowledge and understanding of symptom management and awareness of research and its application to practice.
