Education Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Education Assistant to join our team at Aspire People. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to start a career in the education sector as a Trainee Teaching Assistant working with children with Special Educational Needs or Social, Emotional, Mental Health.
As an Education Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment. You will assist students with their academic, social, and emotional development, offering individual attention and guidance. Your role will also involve collaborating with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans, activities, and resources.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, teachers, and parents. You must have empathy and patience for working with students, and be able to adapt to meet the needs of individual students. A DBS check is required for this role.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about working with children and want to begin a career in the education sector, we encourage you to apply.
