Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll operations, including processing, reporting, and compliance
  • Develop and maintain payroll processes and procedures
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery, including salary payments and benefits
  • Address payroll-related queries from staff, providing clear and concise information
  • Oversee compliance with statutory obligations, including tax and employment law
  • Develop and maintain relationships with payroll software providers and other stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in payroll systems and processes
Requirements
  • End-to-end payroll experience, with a strong understanding of payroll software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with staff at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve errors
