We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Curaa Group, a family-run care provider with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Chef in delivering exceptional food service to our residents, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in the kitchen area.
  • Responsible for cleaning and washing all equipment, utensils, and workstations used in food preparation and meal service.
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping Supervisor to provide refreshments for residents and guests, ensuring dining areas are clean and stocked.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records, including recipes and inventory management.
