We are seeking a passionate and experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Curaa Group. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food service to our residents.

{"h3": "Key Responsibilities"}
  • Assist the Chef in delivering food service of high quality within the home and with meal service to the residents.
  • Demonstrate the highest standards in cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in the kitchen area, adhering to all regulatory and statutory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the cleaning and washing of everything related to meals, from the workstation and equipment used in food preparation to any utensils used during the meal.
  • Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor with providing refreshments for the residents and guests at the home.
  • Ensure that areas such as dining rooms and others are clean and stocked appropriately.
  • Be organized and good at keeping records, as well as able to follow recipes.
